The Kenya Medical Research Institute (KEMRI), Nairobi Kenya, in collaboration with the Centre of Biomedical Ethics and Culture (CBEC), Karachi Pakistan, were awarded a grant by the Fogarty International Centre (FIC) - National Institutes of Health (NIH) USA, to develop and launch a multi-pronged, broad based bioethics program in Nairobi, Kenya; the CBEC-KEMRI Bioethics Training Initiative (CK-BTI).
This is a call for applications for a virtual certificate course in RESEARCH METHODS. The target for this course will be individuals involved in the conduct of research, teaching of research and review of research proposals.
The training will involve presentations and interactive discussions led by local based Faculty.

- A one-page Letter of Intent, describing why you are interested in the course, and what practical benefit might emerge to you and to your institution as a result of availing this opportunity.
- Two letters of reference; with one from a line supervisor which should indicate that the institution will facilitate the time needed for this training.
